For shared use: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 70 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Jez. Solińskie 900 m. Please note: suitable for families. Fishing [permit required].
3-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room 18 m2 with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette 5 m2 (4 hot plates). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Large terrace. Terrace furniture.
