I have mix feelings about my stay at comfort inn in sikeston mo. The bathroom was a little small but clean and in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The room however had a smell of dirty gym socks. The smell must of come from the carpet. Why they have carpet in the room is beyond me. They allow pets. I haven’t been in a hotel with carpet in many years because you can’t vacuum out the smell of pets. This is why the better hotels have tile instead of carpet . I will not go back to this hotel ever again. I stayed at comfort inn in Madison Wi the week before and it was spacious and clean so I know they have a new concept for their hotels. I only hope they go back to their aging hotels and bring them up to excellence par.

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Condition of the room was fair. TV was not good The colors were going bad and there was no guide and no updated dated movies to choose from. The view was standard view so we watched a box inside a box. The breakfast was bad.

horrible customer service

hotel charged us for two nights b/c they said that we had our reservation down wrong. the manager refused to even talk to us and allowed a teenage clerk w/ a hickey to make the call as to charging us for two nights. the owner, who was there, also refused to talk to us and hid in his office. do not wast your time or money at this place.
