Access to the Entire Mansion. Available 24hrs via text. We have staffing in the area. The Estate is on a residential area but at athe same time super private and deep in the property.

Events and weddings allowed- $1500 Additional Fee for up to 65 guests, includes 70 chairs and 6 tables, arch, and use of the property for a party. Max of 2 Pets is allowed with a $500 additional cleaning fee due to the size of the house. 66-110 guests wedding fee $2000, wedding coordinator required for more than 65 guests. We will make suggestions of coordinators familiar with the property for you to choose from and transact directly with - we are not affiliated with any.

Brand new indoor, heated installed Dec 2023! The pool fee is $150 per day of your stay to be invoiced separately. If the property is being rented for an event or wedding, the pool is not available after 11 AM on the day of the event due to safety and insurance reasons

For any events, we ask the party to obtain event insurance. Cost is about $200. We will provide details on how to get this, super easy process.
