Beautiful, charming shack with an awesome view
This is our second stay at Audrey and Co. It is a beautiful, quirky little shack with all the comforts you need, an awesome view and great location. We did pick up on some cleaning that could be paid a bit more attention - backs of chairs, the tablecloth (we removed it because it had ingrained dirt /mould?/yuck - I did try to clean it.. I think it's time to rid of it or replace) and the range hood filters were very greasy almost dripping (took twice in the dishwasher to clean). Otherwise the overall cleanliness is quite good. Also, the main oven that didn't work 13 months ago still doesn't work, so you can only use the small grill /oven if you want to cook something. The beds are very comfy, though it might be an idea to attach the bed heads in the kids room to the walls as they make a racket if someone sleeps in one of the single beds and moves during the night. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone visiting 1770. Its great value.

Amazing View
Weather wasn’t great but the amazing view, generous veranda and fresh sofas made us forget the rain. It could be cleaner - blinds artificial plants utensil holder pretty yuk to touch. We removed the table oilcloth because it was awful. Just needs some love and a serious clean. It was cosy, bed fine. And just such a lovely location so don’t be put off.

Awesome views, great atmosphere
Absolutely beautiful! Breathtaking views from the balcony, especially at sunset. Everything you need (except we couldn't get the oven to work, we had to use the oven function on the grill). It's in a great location, just a stroll down to the water, wharf and pub. Beautifully presented, easy parking.

Yes, It's Quirky, but a real joy as well.
We stayed for a week at Audrey & Co during a warm February in 2021. The reviews and the photographs had promised a quirky holiday house and it was that but it was much more too. The house is beautifully located with stunning views and verandah furnishings so you could enjoy the vista in comfort. Everything worked: the air conditioning made sleeping at night pleasant; the bed was very comfortable and all the appliances were top quality. There were lots of DVDs, puzzles and a smart TV that occasionally had a hiccup but suited us fine. The only qualification I could offer is that the main "room" of the old fishing shack was unceiled. Walls between the living area and the bedrooms were like partitions. There were only two of us and we used the second bedroom like a walk-in wardrobe but the wall arrangement might have been an issue for two couples or families with older children .On the upside, the one air conditioner cooled the whole house. We loved our stay and would happily go back again.
