Once you rent here, you will want to make this the first of many. This beautiful townhouse was painted & decorated by a professional interior designer & it shows. Well thought out & built to show off the spectacular views of the bay & meadows. You will want to end each day up at the top deck, eating dinner & watching the sunsets over the bay.

When you pull up to this home, you will notice the crispy, shiny, newness of it, the beautiful architecture & plenty of off street parking! In the garage, there is a set up steps to take you in the house, straight to the laundry area which is great! You can get your wet, sandy clothes in the washer right away. Past the laundry area, you will find the "Captains Quarters"! This room has a custom built bunk bed with Queen Sized mattresses & a private bathroom with a shower. There is a slider that takes you into the fenced-in back yard where you can find the private & spacious outdoor shower. In the garage, you will also find an ELEVATOR that takes you to the second & third floors.

On the second floor, the street side bedroom has one bunkbed and one pyramid bed with a full on the bottom and single on top. This bedroom has a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The hall bathroom has a soaking tub that is shared with the other two bedrooms that have queen sized beds. Next you will find a very spacious, luxurious suite that includes a king bed, large closet, beautiful bathroom and a huge private deck overlooking the beautiful marshes & bay. The private deck is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Upstairs you will find the final bedroom with a king bed and private balcony & huge closet. While the full bathroom is not a private one, there is access directly to the bathroom. The living area includes a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen counter space for 4 with barstools, a very large dining room table with space for 6, a huge sectional couch to hang out and watch movies or the magical scene over the marshes. The sliding glass door gives you access to the deck that overlooks the marshes & bay, with outside furniture.
