This condo is 100 steps to Lido Beach and only a few blocks to world famous St. Armands Circle where you can go shopping or dine at one of the many restaurants. Enjoy the white sand and turquoise water of the beach and in the evenings unwind with the gulf breeze flowing through one of the two unit's lanais. Whichever your style, this is paradise found. Nice location, cleanliness could be better as well as provided equipment.
Nice location, close to Lido beach and activities. The building is clean and well maintained. The condo itself is lacking « love ». Ustensiles and crockery are minimal and some equipment should be replaced.

Great Condo
The location was perfect, 1 block to the beach and a short walk to St Armands Circle. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The building was well maintained and everyone we met were so friendly. WiFi was hi-speed, the pool was great and the lanai was great to sit in. We already booked for next year.

The property was located very close to Lido beach which was very nice. The pool and amenities were clean and in great working condition. The peekaboo view of the beach did not exist. The windows in the master bedroom rattled with slight breezes and should be fixed.
