Free WiFi; free laundry access on-site; fenced in yard for sunbathing next to pool. Air conditioning, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, glasses,dishes, silverware, cooking utensils), microwave, refrigerator, stove, bed/bath linens, beach towels. This is an outstanding location, I never actually counted, but incredibly close to the beach. Quiet area, but several resturants and bars in easy walking distance. Also a great local gift shop. Room was excellent, with a well equipped kitchen. Communication was also outstanding, we had a slight bit of trouble finding out door(#3), and help was immediate. Our room wasn't actually hard to find, accessed from pool deck, I was just reluctant to go through a gate w/o confirmation. 100% will stay here again.

1st Annual Sister Trip
We had a great time on Anna Maria Island. The room looked exactly as pictured... It's cute and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and Jill was just a quick text away. We are definitely coming back! The distance to the beach is a major bonus, just steps away. Thank you Jill for a great vacation home away from home!

The apartment was as stated in the listing. Jill was very responsive to texts and very helpful. While the place was clean, it could use a deep cleaning, especially the bathroom floor and vanity and furniture in the living space.

Amazing Beach vacation! Just perfect!
This place is a hidden treasure. It’s so close to the beach and yet so quiet and peaceful. The unit is so beachy and has everything you need. The pool is clean and warm. Jill is so nice and was wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about it really. We had a wonderful time and already hoping to come back

Great communication before, during and prior to departure. Had a minor issue with a slow shower drain, which was immediately tended to. Very impressed with room and amenities. Hope to return.
