Very New Hotel so are their staffs too
- Booked the hotel via Expedia, but the hotel does not have any record for the booking. - Booked an Executive room, but issued me a standard room. - After 15mins waiting, finally got me an executive room. - Booked a non-smoking room, and specifically requests a non-smoking room, but I can see an ashtray and matches in the room, and I can smell light tobacco smoke in the room - The hotel is new, so the feeling is matched to the Ramada image, but the hotel facility does not - The facility all close early, when we head down to have some food for dinner, they informed me that the chef has left, (P.S. the sky was still bright) - Breakfast was okay, but again, the staff really needs to have proper training, the name of the dishes are not matched to the actual food. - But the hotel room manager is nice, she is very friendly, greeting us and helped us open the door when our cards are not working.
