Cozy apartment for your holiday in the Bavarian Forest

Relax, relax, recharge your batteries, spend time together or with your family!

Our cozy apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished.
In every season there are many recreational opportunities for all ages in the immediate vicinity (hiking, cycling, winter sports, climbing forest, summer toboggan run, Waldwipfel path, spa Sankt Englmar and many more).

Our "refuge" is located in a hotel complex in the health resort of St. Englmar. Indoor swimming pool incl. Children's pool, infrared cabin, sauna, fitness room, outdoor pool with slide, children's playground u. Table tennis can be used free of charge. Against fee also mini golf as well as Family World (large indoor playground) or soccer hall. So even in bad weather, no boredom.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for self-sufficiency: kitchenette incl. Dishes, with refrigerator, small oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle etc.). As well as satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and stereo. It is equipped with a cozy dining area, comfortable double bed and a bunk bed for children. The children's sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. In the bathroom, of course, a hair dryer and towels are available. In addition to the wardrobe, the generous wardrobe area offers additional storage space for clothes, shoes or ski equipment. Washer and dryer are available in the resort for a fee.

Directly opposite the hotel there is a recommendable restaurant and in the winter months a village shop with café, ski rental and ski school. Directly in the hotel area there is also a bistro. In the center of Sankt Englmar there are various shops. If you do not want to cook yourself, there are several restaurants available.

On the large balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view, eat or just end the day with a glass of wine.

Dogs are always welcome.

If we are not there ourselves, we have a contact person who will contact you at any time if you have any problems or questions.

Check in personally via us or via a key safe in front of the apartment door.

The booking price already includes taxes and visitor's tax. The tax is deducted by us directly to the community, so we need for your stay the exact number and dates of the guests.

For the final cleaning incl. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper u. Tea towels we charge 40 €.

Die Bilder spiegeln alles wieder
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Kleine, aber wundervoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit zwei Kindern hatten wir genug Platz zum Schlafen und frühstücken. Alles was wir benötigten war da. Für uns wirklich perfekt. Sauna, Schwimmbad und Tischtennisraum ein tolles Plus. Kommen gern wieder!

Tolle Gegend und gemütliche Unterkunft
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist toll mit kurzen Wegen zu den verschiedenen Aktivitäten. Die Ferienanlage, in der sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unheimlich verwinkelt. Das war für uns das einzige Manko. Wir haben unseren Kurztrip mit unseren 2 Kindern genossen.

Sankt Englmar ist eine Reise wert
Es ist ein komplett eingerichtetes größeres Hotelzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde, wenn man als Selbstversorger verreist. Schön ist auch, dass wir alles im Resort mit nutzen konnten. U.a. Halllenbad, Freibad, Sauna, Tischtennis , Fitness, uvm. Alles in allem war es ein erfolgreicher, erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Im Ort gibt es im Kurpark einen Badeweiher, sehr schön angelegt und für Familien mit Kleinkind sehr gut geeignet. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Sankt Englmar.

Sehr gemütliches Appartement
Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und besitzt alles, was man nur für einen guten Aufenhalt braucht. Die Besitzerin des Appartements ist sehr freundlich und obwohl sie zur Zeit unserer Anreise abwesend war, haben wir die gesamte Information bezüglich des Aufenthalts im Vorfeld erhalten. Als wir Unterstützung gebraucht haben, konnten wir sie sofort per Handy erreichen. Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv und man kann das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.

Saubere Einzimmerwohnung
Super liebevoll eingerichtetes Einzimmerwohnung. Familien und tierfreundliche Einrichtung,allerdings keine große und sehr unfreundliche Hilfe von der Rezeption, obwohl diese als Hilfe angegeben wurden ist. Check in abends/nachts ein wenig kompliziert gewesen aber super Hilfe von der Vermieterin. Sehr gastfreundlich! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
