Mare bello abitazione meno
Molto soddisfatte per la posizione! L’abitazione si trova vicino al centro di San Teodoro e vicino alla spiaggia (entrambe raggiungibili a piedi). Ben collegato a varie spiagge anche attraverso i mezzi pubblici. Mentre deludente l’abitazione e l’ospitalità. Arrivate all’abitazione (del quale non sapevamo l’esatto numero civico) non funzionava il gas, abbiamo dovuto aspettare la sera per insistere che ci gambiassero la bombola che era finita. Le dimensioni della casa molto più piccole di quelle che ci aspettavamo, le foto del sito veramente lontane dalla realtà, prezzo troppo alto per quello che realmente è.

Consigliatissimo a tutte le fasce di età!
Ho soggiornato nel monolocale per 6 (sei) giorni con due amiche, tutte neomaggiorenni, ed è riduttivo dire che ci siamo trovate benissimo! Appartamento piccolo ma perfetto per le esigenze di chi il giorno sta al mare e la sera esce, e dunque passa poco tempo al suo interno. Ambiente pulitissimo, ogni angolo è sfruttato nel migliore dei modi per fornire all'ospite tutti i confort indispensabili. E cosa che ho apprezzato di più, la posizione del posto è davvero strategica: in dieci minuti di camminata è possibile raggiungere la Cinta, in pochissimo si arriva al centro di San Teodoro ed è inoltre molto vicino a vari supermercati. Da parte mia consigliatissimo ad ogni fascia d'età, in particolare ai giovani senza troppe esigenze che desiderano soggiornare in un ambiente minimale, pulitissimo ed accogliente. Infine, ringrazio la Sig.ra Sara Aimo per la sua assoluta disponibilità e gentilezza. Vorrei già tornare!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con un’amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento è piccolo ma per 2/3 persone è perfetto tenendo conto che durante l’estate la maggior parte del tempo si vive all’esterno. La veranda è spaziosa, è coperta perciò anche durante un’acquazzone estivo puoi startene tranquillamente in veranda ad ascoltare la pioggia e a respirare il profumo dell’erba bagnata. Il fatto di essere immersi nel verde e di non avere lo stress di dover cercare parcheggio poiché è gratuito presso il villaggio ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia ( La Cinta ) e in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro. Non aspettatevi dei confort secondo me superficiali durante una vacanza al mare, come la tv, o un climatizzatore, ( nonostante l’appartamento sia piccolo resta fresco ), o una doccia gigantesca perché non li troverete con un prezzo così competitivo. Il Wi-Fi è a pagamento ma per pochi euro a settimana è veramente una sciocchezza e la ricezione non era male anche all’interno dell’appartamento. In cucina c’erano tutti gli utensili per poter cucinare, il divano letto era comodo, frigo e freezer spaziosi per 2/3 persone. Abbiamo trovato dei vicini simpaticissimi, la notte regnava il silenzio, Sara mi ha dispensato di tutte le informazioni necessarie al nostro soggiorno. Do 5 stelle perché sono stata bene e per questo prezzo non troverete niente di simile, con i servizi offerti. L’unica pecca se mi è concessa è la mancanza di zanzariere secondo me importantissime, ma viaggiando e soggiornando in vari appartamenti con fasce di prezzo molto più alte purtroppo è una pecca che ho riscontrato un po’ ovunque qua in Sardegna. Sono quasi tentata di prenotare per l’anno prossimo gia da ora.

Matig verblijf
Wij zaten met 2 pers in het huisje (is voor 4 pers.) en dan ook erg klein. Twee persoons slaapbank (met vrij harde matras) neemt veel ruimte in, waardoor het krap wordt. Douche met douche gordijn wat tegen je aan gaat plakken met douchen. Wij hadden voor s nachts een ventilator gekocht omdat het erg warm was. Vanaf het terras geen uitzicht door de hoge heg. Let op de strenge afval scheiding op het park! Locatie is erg leuk. Op loopafstand van San Teodoro met veel lekkere restaurants en strand. Met Sara hadden wij goed contact en reageert heel snel.
