Absolutely wonderful stay all around!
This place is gorgeous! The staff is warm and wonderful! The location is great! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable! It has ruined me for all other hotels because this was just a fantastic stay all around!

Beautiful, well designed luxury hotel. The breakfast was superb. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. They have an amazing rooftop area. It was closed during our stay due to it was being used for their New Years Eve party. When open, I imagine having drinks and dining up there would be wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any requests or needs you have. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The location is convenient to all the historic center sites and the adjoining streets are very picturesque. Highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again when visiting beautiful San Miguel de Allende

I liked the property however the food is TERRIBLE! Nothing on the menu is worth ordering. They need more food that tastes like the local cuisine.
