Excellent service and staff is very friendly. Provide transportation to the cruise port for free on time. Very clean and the best rate in the are. Microwave and fridge in the room. Hot water and ac works perfect.

The room air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, attempts to remedy it by the hotel staff did not work. No other room was available and so we had to sleep in a very hot room. In addition, there was no coffee available. On departure day, the hotel arranged for a shuttle to the sea port that never showed up, we managed to get a taxi on the street.

This property was cheaper than any hotel around it for good reason. It is on a very busy street and the sound from traffic on the street as well as anyone in the hallway was terrible. Windows are not sound proof and the door has a large panel of glass that does nothing to dampen sound. The TV did not work and the staff made no attempt to fix it. The shuttle to our cruise ship never showed up and 25 people had to take taxis. A horrible experience all the way around. Never again!!
