Unique Inn/property, it has a charming vibe. The property is secure and the service is excellent. The free breakfast was great! It also has a very small swimming pool and a small lounge area. No smoking which is a PLUS for us. Only con for me is that some of the towels had stains so I had to replace it. Family friendly! Friendly staff!

Location is great in terms of walking distance to beach, restaurants & placita de Santurce. Staff at front desk, house keeping & bkfst superb. Room was noisy due to location by large AC on roof. Water pressure very low at times.

Lovely room with a terrace, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. Lovely little pool in back! Not a lot of parking, but welcome to San Juan. Overall, a good b&b, we would definitely stay here again.

The building was older but lovingly maintained. Our room had beautiful tile flooring and a wonderful big balcony. The staff were SO kind and helpful. The free breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts. Sidewalks are narrow and uneven in places, about a 15 minute walk to Calle Loiza restaurants and a 6 minute walk to the beach.

There was no water pressure due to a pump being out or needing to be looked at so was unable flush toilet or shower. So couldn’t use the restroom in our room, had to go down the hallway and use the common bathroom which was just a toilet. Staff indicated the further away the room is from the pumps this can happen and wouldn’t be able to have it fixed until 10 the next day.

I booked two rooms for four adults. Arrived to find they had only reserved one room. They had a backup which was the accessible room that looks directly at the check in desk. It smelled of smoke and the floor was reallly dirty. Our friends liked their room, and the breakfast and staff were great. If you stay, make sure they don’t pawn room 1 on you.

The room was clean but no furniture to lay your belongings out. The breakfast was fine however the pool in the back yard was nice looking but the size of a large jacuzzi. For the price all was well except for the lack of furniture to lay your belongings out.
