The apartment is located in a new building on the ground floor with private entrance and garden with terrace. It has double walls for good insulation against cold and heat, the water is heated by solar energy. There is an open kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. The living room has a leather sofa, TV with satellite, fast WiLAN and full bookcase. Both the living room and the bedroom is accessed via 2 large glass doors to the patio. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The terrace has sun all day depending on the season. Garden furniture, hammocks and parasols are available.

Wonderful place to relax.?
Property was perfect, clean and well maintained. Host was readily available but not overbearing. Many places to walk, eat and enjoy the ocean close up or from cliffs above. The. Little village is friendly and a little Mercado only steps away is quite well stocked, this was the most thoroughly stocked home I have been in. Host had spices, oils, vinegars, dish-ware and pans. It was like you really could cook if you wanted but not necessary as there are 2 sometimes 3 restaurants below and several above, all with-in walking distance. Back garden was a big plus too.

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well furnished and equipped. It has a delightful small garden with table, chairs, lounger and hammock and is perfectly situated in Las Aguas. Karin is very friendly and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Tenerife.

Lovely apartment in a quiet village by the sea
We stayed at Casa Aguita for 11 nights. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outside space and garden. We enjoyed chatting to the charming owner, Karin, who speaks very good English. Las Aguas is well placed to explore the north coast of Tenerife and beyond by car. There are also restaurants and a shop within walking distance and 2 minutes from the apartment is a quaint church and fabulous sea views. We would highly recommend Casa Aguita.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit tollem kleinen Garten
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und im Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Garten mit Hängematte. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab auch eine Reihe von Gewürzen, Tee und etwas Kaffee, von vorherigen Vermietungen. Dies war für uns sehr praktisch. Zudem stand Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen zum Kauf bereit (super!). Da wir vorab schon auf den Kanaren unterwegs waren, bot uns die Vermieterin an, Wäsche zu waschen. Zudem konnten wir die Garage nutzen, wenn es vor der Tür knapp war mit Parken. In ca. 100 m Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen, sehr familiären Laden, mit fast allem was wir so zum Frühstücken brauchten. Toll! Wenn es für uns passt kommen wir gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße nach Las Aguas

Wir waren im Januar 2023 für zwei Wochen dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der kleine blumige Garten stand uns zur Verfügung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Tage
Wir haben in dem kleinen Appartement von Frau Gorthner im November 2022 drei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht, waren dem Grau in Deutschland auf das helle und warme Teneriffa entflohen. Auf der Veranda, umrandet von exotischen Pflanzen, konnten wir die Sonne genießen und den Kanarienvögeln beim täglichen Kampf am Futterplatz zusehen. In der Wohnung selbst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bücherregal mit einer Lektüreauswahl, die sich deutlich von der sonst üblichen Literatur in Ferienwohnungen unterscheidet. Las Aquas ist ein unweit von Puerto de la Cruz gelegenes, aber dennoch vom Massentourismus verschont und weitgehend authentisch gebliebenes kleines Fischerdorf, mit ein paar Restaurants und einem kleinen Dorfladen, der alles Nötige bietet. Ein wunderschöner Weg führt nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt über die Klippen entlang der Küste in Richtung Puerto. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön gilt der Vermieterin Frau Gorthner, die selbst die oberen Stockwerke des renovierten Dorfhauses bewohnt. Unaufdringlich, aber mit großer Herzlichkeit hat sie sich unser angenommen und nicht nur Ratschläge zur Gestaltung unserer Zeit auf Teneriffa gegeben, sondern durch ihre unkomplizierte Art uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dort zu Hause zu sein. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wohlfühlen wie zuhause
Eigentlich sagt die Überschrift alles! Wir haben 4 Wochen in der geräumigen, nach deutschem Standard eingerichteten Anliegerwohnung der Vermieterin verbringen dürfen. Uns fehlte es dort an Nichts! Ein kleines, sehr nett angelegtes Gärtchen stand uns zur Verfügung. Trotz Anliegerwohnung hatten wir unsere absolute Privatsphäre, wenn man von den gelegentlichen Besuchen der sehr ruhigen und lieben Hündin Ralla absieht ;-). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und versorgte uns einen mit allen wichtigen aktuellen Informationen (der Corona Virus war im Anmarsch). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und auch in Las Aguas, einem kleinen Fischerort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. (Wenn nicht andere Urlauber uns ab jetzt diese Perle immer wegschnappen ;-))

Oase auf touristischer Insel
Nach mehreren La Palma Urlauben waren wir zum ersten Mal auf Teneriffa. Das Quartier selbst, als auch die Lage, waren ein Glücksgriff. Der schöne Garten und die "spanische Umgebung" mit naher Gastronomie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat mit Informationen über Land und Leute unsere interessanten 14 Tage abgerundet. aktives Rentner Paar im Januar 2020

Rundum tolle Ferien
Wir haben hier wunderbare Ferien zu dritt mit Baby verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man (auch mit Baby) braucht, wir haben uns gleich zuhause und willkommen gefühlt. Der Garten mit Hängematte ist sehr schön, man kann hier wunderbar entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und geräumig, im Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett hatte ohne Probleme auch das Babybett Platz. Im Bücherregal finden sich Bücher für jeden Geschmack, auch Literatur zu den Kanaren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, immer hilfsbereit, hat ein offenes Ohr bei allen Fragen und steht den Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Las Aguas ist ein nettes, ruhiges Dorf, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles Wichtige, auch frisches Gemüse und Brot, bekommt und vier Restaurants (zwei davon haben wir besucht und dort gut gegessen). Weitere Bars gibt es im Nachbarort, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung, bei der Vermieterin und in Las Aguas sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen!
