Quirky Spanish style
We liked the unique style, access to the pool right outside the gate, and access to the nearby beach and coastal walk. The parking was very limited in the evening. Orherwise, it was very nice!

Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen
Aufenthalt drei Wochen Ende März bis Mitte April mit fünf Personen (zwei Kinder, zwei Eltern, eine Oma) Das Duplexhaus ist ruhig gelegen in einer geschlossenen Siedlung direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist nah, aber nur über Treppen erreichbar. Bei Ebbe ist der Sandstrand sehr fein, sauber und angenehm. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist direkt vor dem Gartentor/Eingang, super für die Kinder und entspannend für die Erwachsenen. Die Häuser hier liegen alle am Hang, d.h. das Haus ist nur über Treppen und Rampen und nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkäufe und Gepäck müssen vom nahe gelegenen Parkplatz getragen werden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist wirklich problematisch (v.a. abends und am Wochenende). Teilweise mussten wir mehr als 1km entfernt parken. Fernsehen ist über das schnelle Internet (streaming Account vorausgesetzt) problemlos möglich. Einen Esstisch gibt es nur auf der überdachten Terrasse. Unter der Terrasse ist die separate Einliegerwohnung, in die sich die Oma abends zurückziehen konnte. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Küche vollwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben lediglich einen Toaster und einen Geschirrspüler vermisst. Die Waschmaschine läuft tadellos, Waschmittel ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind gut (nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart) Die Schränke bieten reichlich Platz. Restaurants(gutes Essen) und MiniMarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar aber teuer. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, tagsüber den Kindern im Pool zuzusehen und zum Abendessen im Freien das Meer rauschen zu hören.

ankommen und wohl fühlen, da wir schon etliche male auf GC waren funktionierte das sofort. bungalow war perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet und den gemeinschaftspool, wo immer wenig betrieb herfschte, hatten wir direkt davor. man muß halt wissen das es parkplätze nur außerhalb der anlage gibt. vielen dank an den gastgeber für unseren schönen urlaubsaufenthalt. mvg.katrin&,.robert

Appartement parfait, très bien équipé à côté de la piscine dans une résidence très calme. Accueil d’une extrême gentillesse avec de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin (arrivée à 21h30 c’est une belle attention). Hôte charmant et très à l’écoute. Le seul petit bémol sont les places de parking peu nombreuses et qui nécessitent d’aller se garer un peu loin si on rentre tard…

Nettes Appartement mit Einliegerwohnung
Der Gastgeber nahm uns freundlich in Empfang und war bei Wünschen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, allerdings nur vormittags Sonne. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt aber nur ein Bad. Die Einliegerwohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und eine offene Toilette. Der kleine Strand ist bei Ebbe sandig und gut zum Baden geeignet, bei Flut und Wellen können einem schon mal die Steine um die Fußgelenke fliegen, dann nutzt man besser die Nachbarstrände...

Ruhig. Blick auf das Meer.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Ich war dort remote arbeiten. Das war dank des schnellen Internets in diesem Apartment super möglich: Gemessen mit speedtest: download über 300 MBps, upload 277, Latenz 3 msec. Schneller wie bei mir daheim in Deutschland. :-) Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Apartment. Einziger Punkt dem einem klar sein muss, aber liegt auf der Hand, wenn man den Standort sieht, dass man außerhalb der Anlage "Neues Europa" parken muss :-) Direkt an der Anlage gibt es den "Piratenstrand". Ein schöner kanarischer Strand. Alle Leute in der Anlage waren sehr nett. Man ist ruckzuck in Maspalomas. Wenn man ein Mietauto hat. Mit Bus kann ich nicht beurteilen. Sollte aber auch kein Problem sein.
