Hawana Plaza located in premium location on the entrance of Rotana Hotel, near to the beach, swimming pools, restaurants, and the beautiful mountains of Dhofar.

The Space:
Hawana Plaza is 1 BR townhouse of 2 levels; consists of a special suite/bedroom in the first floor ( king size bed of 180 cm x 200 cm, a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a balcony), in addition to a large living room in the ground floor with a bathroom, a full kitchen, 2 sofas/beds (each one is 120 cm x 240 cm, can fit for1 adult or 2 children).
