Great location! This home is located in downtown Rock Island, and just a few minutes to the bridge connecting you to Davenport Iowa. Across the street, you will find newly built housing; while a couple of blocks over you can enjoy all of the restaurants, bars, and entertainment downtown has to offer. This home is just two minutes away from the Centennial Bridge so it is perfect for everyone traveling to either side of the Quad Cities. Close to hospitals and the Arsenal for those traveling into town for work; close to major venues for those traveling into town for an event or just visiting.

This home was built in 1920 so it's a historic house in Rock Island, completely renovated to make you feel at home. This is a duplex with the other side offered as a vacation rental as well. The property is furnished with a super comfortable King size bed, free Wi-Fi, sectional, coffee maker, oven, fridge, microwave, and washer and dryer for you to feel like you are in your own home.
