Welcome to St. Augustine’s Mint Loft Mayo Clinic
*The house is a duplex.

*St. Augustine’s Mint Loft is the upstairs apartment of a duplex home. Both apartments have separate keyed apartment doors and are private living spaces as pictured. (Shared main entry foyer/laundry).******

St. Augustine’s Mint Loft is the cozy upstairs apartment with garage parking.

Fast wifi, smart tv provided must have own accounts. Dvd player also provided.

**We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use.

THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX.

Must climb stairs!
Stairs are steep and narrow!!!
Quiet hours 8pm -8 am

We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.

No bathtub, shower only.

** The downstairs guest controls the home thermostat. Window ac’s provided in the summer and space heaters provided in the winter to help regulate the temperature. **The space is cooler in the winter.

*In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates.

Nice Unit
This is an upper level unit with narrow stairs as described. It is situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to downtown. This is my second stay at one of Denise's properties. She is helpful and responsive if needed.

Just what we needed
This VRBO was perfect for what me and my wife needed while we were visiting Mayos. It is practically around the corner. Perfect size for one or two people. Garage to park in. Felt safe in the area as well. Would defiantly try and book in the future if/when we have to return to mayo clinic.
