Easy access to and from Manhattan by public transport (10 minute walk to the Hampton Jitney, 10 minute drive to the Mattituck LIRR train station) and by car (~70 mi. from the city). Just a 10 minute drive away is Riverhead, NY! Nestled between the North and South Forks of Long Island, Riverhead is the perfect place to experience all that this beautiful region has to offer. From wine tastings and farm-to-table dining to outdoor adventures like hiking and fishing, there is something for everyone in this vibrant community. Important things to note:
- NO smoking or vaping
- NO drugs (including smoking marijuana/pot or similar) on property
- NO events or parties
- Surveillance/recording devices on property (front and backyard cameras)
- Please be respectful of neighbors, no excessive noise
- The pool will be heated to 78 degrees between the hours of 9am - 7pm. If you’d like to have the pool heated outside these hours or to a higher degree, additional charge will apply. You may not use the pool after 9pm.
- No pets allowed
- The number of guests arriving cannot exceed the number of guests on the reservation. If you'd like to book with us and your party is greater than 6, please message me first to inquire about availability.

Please note: there's an attached apartment to this house - it's occupied by the owner's cousin who works long hours and is almost never there. It's a completely separate space with a separate entrance and a fence between the two. You'll not be sharing the pool or any amenities. You'll have your own parking as well.
