About this property

Farm for 8 people, with the possibility of going down on skis

The farm is located 50m from the free shuttle, with the possibility of skiing down via a forest road.

It is one of the oldest farms in Gaudissard Haut, it has been fitted out in a warm and very comfortable living space, ideal for hosting families with young children. Our farm, completely renovated in August 2011, now has 90m² and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.

In the middle of a rustic decoration typical of the mountain, you will find all modern comfort with a fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and a living room with its TV corner / DVD player / Hi-Fi system. The dining room allows 8 guests to take a seat (a baby high chair is even available for young parents). The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and 2 single bunk beds in a separate corner. Finally, the shared bathroom, still as modern, has 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. A toilet

Easy to access for all outdoor activities, whether summer or winter, our farm has not forgotten anyone, since it offers 2 parking spaces and a garden with barbecue for adults, as well as many board games for the youngest.

La ferme a beaucoup de charme. Nous étions 6p pour le couchage c'est parfait. Cuisine équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires. Localisation parfaite environ 10 min du supermarché et autant pour monter en station. Possibilité des navettes gratuites ou pour les plus courageux un très beau chemin de rando. Pour nous une adresse à retenir !

Chalet chaleureux et confortable
C'est la troisième fois que nous venons dans ce chalet pour nos vacances de ski. Il est parfait pour deux familles avec enfants. Nous aimons sa grandeur, sa décoration, son confort, qu'il soit à l'écart de la station et surtout que l'on puisse redescendre en ski par un chemin magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes et Mont-Dauphin. L'arrêt de bus pour monter est à 20 mètres du chalet.

Très beau site, très bien agencé, l'aménagement est excellent, de l'ancien et du moderne ... Les navettes qui montent à Risoul ou qui en descendent sont nombreuses et à 20 mètres de ce logement. Encore BRAVO ... nous conseillons vivement et nous y reviendrons certainement

très bonne renovation appartement ayant beaucoup de charme pas de fausse note
vielle ferme rénovée avec un gout certain pas de fausses notes une grande pièce à vivre très agréable ideal pour 2 familles navette juste en face de la maison rotations régulières au moins pendant les vacances quand on a la chance comme nous de pouvoir descendre à ski c'est vraiment une très belle ballade de 6à 7 km tout a fait accessible niveau piste verte qui finit bien la journée
