The apartment is exactly as the pictures reflect. Very spacious. Hosts were extremely welcoming, kind, and responsive. They really made us feel at home. The neighborhood/building are extremely safe. I would stay here again and recommend this listing to anyone. Thank you Eugenia & Marcelo!

Perfect location, walking distance from the beach, clean, pleasantly owners, amazingly spacious and comfortable, in community shops and restaurants. 3 full bathrooms!! Localização perfeita, perto da praia, limpissimo, donos super gentis e carinhosos, apartamento espaçoso e confortável, padaria, restaurante e farmacia dentro do condominio. 3 banheiros com chuveiro, o que facilitou a estadia!!!

Great location, value and hospitality
The pictures don't do justice to the apartment size. There are two large rooms and a maid's quarter converted into a single bedroom with three good size bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners provided a full overview of the apartment and nearby amenities and shopping. During this time of the year, Rio has a very pleasant weather. The 2 main rooms have air conditioner but not the living or maid quarters. Overall, very good value for your stay.

Venho de NY, tenho familia na Tijuca e buscava um apto. a preco razoavel. Fiquei satisfeita com a escolha: o imovel e amplo e arejado. A cozinha tem tudo necessario para uma estada confortavel. Os proprietarios sao super atenciosos e fazem de tudo para atender as pessoas que ocupam o apartamento! Por ultimo, devo dizer que os funcionarios do condominio muito educados! A piscina, a sauna, tudo esta em boas condicoes de manutencao. Enfim, uma boa opcao para curtir a Barra e arredores

A nossa estadia foi maravilhosaaa! Antes de ir embora disse ao sr Marcelo e dona Eugenia que se pudesse daria 1000 estrelas para o apartamento e nossa estadia. O apartamento é completo, limpo, colchas e lençóis cheirosos, nos entregou muito mais do que o esperado! O condomínio é muito lindo, contando com farmácia, restaurante, mercado, salão de beleza, padaria e muito mais, não precisamos sair pra ter acesso ao que precisávamos. A recepção do Marcelo e da Eugênia foi indescritível, já estamos programando a volta com as crianças junto!

Nossa estadia no apartamento foi ótima, desde o início o casal foi super atencioso com nossas dúvidas e necessidades, o apartamento foi entregue limpo e organizado, é uma ótima opção para várias pessoas, como nós que fomos em família, por ser bem grande, acomodou bem 6 pessoas. O apartamento é limpo, organizado, possui comodidades como toalhas, roupa de cama, cadeira de praia, torradeira, ferro de passar... Enfim, gostamos muito da acomodação, muito espaçosa, tem uma linda vista, e fica em um condomínio bem bacana na barra. Pretendemos voltar!! Adoramos!

The apartment is just as described. It has the perfect space for a family or a group of friends. The location is close to the beach, a short walk away. It is well equiped, has a functional kitchen and it is really comfortable. It was very easy to talk to the host, and he and his wife were very polite and helpful at all times.
