50+ girls getaway
Two of my childhood friends and myself decided to get away for 2 nights. This was a perfect layout for us. The bed was very comfortable. I will say the property is very dated and the walls are very thin. We were thankful to not have loud neighbors. It worked perfect for us. We will be back.

DON’T BOOK WITH RENTAL PROS
Stayed at big cedar for honeymoon. Big cedar itself is amazing and great to work with and a very nice place. Rental pros on the other hand is awful. They send your booking under multiple reservations and do not send them all at once, despite getting confirmation emails that they have. When we arrived, big cedar only had two of our four bookings for a six night stay. Rental pros was difficult to work with the first time, but said everything would be fixed two days later. Two days later they had sent one of our final two reservations and we were still missing a day. To get this final day was almost impossible, they didn’t send it until 15 minutes before checkout ended. Big cedar was great though and was able to keep us in the same room the whole time. Rental pros told us to stop calling them at one point, and stopped responding to messages and email, when all they had to do was fix the problem they created. Stay at big cedar, it’s great, but book with someone else. Big cedar told me they have the same problem with rental pros about 5 times a day and they are considering removing them from the seller list.

A nice room but a little dated
This is the 2nd time that we have stayed on property at Big Cedar, and both times have been during the pandemic so we have not had the full experience of all businesses being open and bustling. The property is nice, and the people are great. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and in the mornings you could hear the guests in other rooms above moving around. I would suggest getting a top floor room if possible, and as we found out a corner room helps as well. The property really does need to be refreshed, it feels like the rooms haven't been updated in quite some time. That being said the amenities were nice, and the grounds were kept up well. I would recommend staying here unless you don't like animal heads in your room; if kinda freaked our kids out.

Do not rent from resortrentalpros obnoxious room changes mid stay
This is not a management company, this is a disaster. I booked a week long straight stay at big cedar wilderness club condo and ended up getting 3 separate bookings each for only two days at a time with confirmation numbers changing every day and sometimes every couple hours just days before and even in the day of arrival. The choppy condo reservation changes just kept coming even hours before our arrival. Thought something was weird initially when they wouldn’t confirm stay details like the actual condo number or provide the rental agreement after i paid in full months before our trip.. Their customer service agent said I could only get those details well into their no-Refund period 14 days out. About 10 days out is when i start getting hammered with an insane amount of confirmation number emails for get this, only TWO DAY stays each at big cedar wilderness club. It was a nightmare and made me extremely nervous. When I arrive and go to check in sure enough, the property only has my family for two days on the confirmation number they sent me not the 7 total consecutive days I booked and paid for. So get this I paid for 7 days and had to check my family with two small children in and out every two days again to a different condo at the property. Not only is this obnoxious because you just want to relax with small children for a week straight but having no place to stay from 10am to 4pm three times in a weeks stay is absurd!!! Resortrentalpros shorted me 22 hours of our family vacations stay and the worst part is I can’t see any way to have protected myself from this as I contacted customer service several times trying to get true details of my stay prior to their no refund period and they just gave me the run around assuring me that i was booked and everything was ok it was just policy to provide booking details shortly before we where scheduled to arrive. WOW! I sure hope this review helps others not get taken advantage of like I was . Who books a week at a condo property and expects to have to pack up all their stuff every two days and be “homeless” for 8 hours at a time. Shame on you resortrentalpros for taking advantage of people like this.

This was our 4th family trip to Big Cedar but the first time we have stayed in the Wilderness Club area. We loved it. It was the perfect space for our family and you can’t beat the price. Will definitely be back!

Best place ever!
This is a wonderful property. You can't go wrong with Big Cedar. The check in process was so easy and everyone was so helpful. There is something to do for all ages. We love this place.
