The hotel was nice and so was the pool in the hot tub. Front desk staff was amazing very understanding and helpful. My problem is it says they have a 24-hour shuttle service which they do not. That was the only reason I rented this particular Hotel was for the shuttle service. Their shuttle service runs from 5:00 to 11:00 it is not 24 hours. They had construction going on but I never heard it. They were very courteous about it. Enjoyed my stay!

They were very courteous about it. Enjoyed my stay!"On the Marriott SpringHill RDU website it lists 5am-11pm shuttle service...I don't know why Marriott reservations agents state something different. I'm sorry.

There was no room in the inn. They called another hotel to see if they had availability. Fortunately they did because it was 11:30 PM. We had to drive 10 minutes to stay at The Sonesta. The situation was inexcusable; we had made & paid for the Spring Hill suites two weeks earlier. I have to question using Travelocity in the future.

The hotel was close to airport and interstate but was impressed not to hear much noise. Room was nasty and shampoo and body wash was not refilled by house keeping

T Richard - thank you for completing the survey. Unfortunately, one of the elevator is out of service to due the equipment supply chain shortages that's occuring throughout the country. One nonfunctioning elevator will be repair this week. Working elevator stopped working for brief time and now working again. Marriott International implemented new breakfast offerin in 2022 in the beginning of the year. In October, new revisions are occurring with the breakfast adding back more protein items and other items to create more satisfaction. Have wonderful life!

The room had some wear and tear - caulking coming apart on the sink in the bathroom, wall paper was peeling near the sink and in the bathroom. The wall paper had more yellowing in certain spots so it made it like ok dirty. I took a bath and could see mold under the soap dish.
