I was expecting more about this hotel because I heard it was nice. Room was ok. Had a mini fridge, but no microwave. Bathroom grout needs to be cleaned better. Empty alcohol bottles were left under table by elevators. Front desk staff (at checkin) were not very friendly and did not inform me that you had to use your room key to access the elevator. Maintenance staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Great staff. Too much noise
Checking in was easy. Staff was incredibly courteous. Our only issue is that the windows are not thick enough of sound proof to mitigate the noise that’s outside. We couldn’t get any sleep the entire night. Let alone the morning.
