dream holiday villa
we had an amazing time at Marisa's villa. Both hosts were extremely helpful from the moment we booked. They met and greeted us when we arrived, explained thoroughly everything about the villa and the surroundings. The pictures don't do it justice, it's so much nicer! there is a fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing inside, two bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, which was a bliss. The beds were really comfy, black out blinds and good air con. The villa is just two minutes walk to the beach, and the hosts left 2 bikes we used to go to the nearby grocery store, which is also very well stocked. We had a baby travelling with us and they've been really kind to organise a cot and a high chair. Inside and outside the house everything was safe for the baby to explore. The patio is great, we grilled fish and the kids could even play badminton, there is plenty of space for everyone. The surrounding are a paradise, one of the best beaches, there are plenty of restaurants on the beach, we stayed for two weeks and never needed a car to go further away, everything you need is there. A butcher delivered a cooked piglet and there is also a fishmonger. If we ever go to Sardegna, there is no other place we would stay but this lovely villa. Thank you Marisa and Elio, we had the best time! Lots of love, Katya, Manuel, Arthur, Ioana, Thomas, Sven and Eric.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa dal 1 all'8 giugno. Abbiamo trovato grande cordialità e gentilezza da parte della Sig.ra Marisa e una casa bellissima e pulitissima. Le camere da letto ampie e materassi comodissimi. Il giardino curassimo dal Sig. Elio pieno di fiori e attrezzato con tavoli sdraio, ombrelloni e barbecue. Troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno ( perfino il pesto fatto in casa da Lei) senza dover correre al supermercato appena arrivati. Internet perfettamente funzionante, smart tv. Tutto questo a poca distanza da un mare favoloso. Torneremo da lei sicuramente. Grazie Marisa a presto.

Ideal für Familien
Die Villa entspricht gänzlich und darüber hinaus den Beschreibungen, sie ist ideal für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub, selbst 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Besitzerin (Marisa) und ihr Mann haben das Haus nicht nur mit allen Notwendigkeiten inklusive Vorräten (!!) ausgestattet, sondern auch noch unsere Sonderwünsche (Frische Milch, Brot und Schinken, da wir Samstags spät ankamen) bedacht. WLAN ist dank mehrerer (!) Provider stets gewährleistet, „Home Office“ arbeiten also kein Problem. Wir planen bereits das nächste Jahr (falls nicht wieder lockdown verordnet wird)

Bella casa, pulita con molti comfort.
Casa molto curata, pulita, silenziosa, completa di lavatrice, lavastoviglie condizionatori...letti molto comodi. Vicina a una lunga spiaggia raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi. Supermercato bar e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibili a piedi. La proprietaria mette a disposizione degli ospiti 2 biciclette ombrelloni e sdraio per la spiaggia. La cucina è ben accessoriata con stoviglie in ottimo stato e fornita di olio caffè sale zucchero tea...a disposizione degli ospiti. Adatta ad una famiglia numerosa o a 2 famiglie ben affiatate. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. Segnalo come unica criticità la mancanza del bagno al 3 piano dove sono presenti 5 posti letto per cui di notte se si necessita di andare in bagno bisogna scendere le scale. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Assai gradita la prenza di bibite fresche nel frigo al nostro arrivo.

schöne Villa in Strandnähe
Die schöne Villa befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Siedlung an einem wunderschönen Strand (große Sandbank, daher super mit kleinen Kindern), aufgrund der abgeschlossenen Siedlung Ende August/Anfang September mit eher wenigen Besuchern. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien, Klimaanlage, Mückenschutz an Fenstern, auch Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Strandstühle, Schirme...liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit großem Freisitz inkl. Grill. Eine kleine Ladenzeile mit Supermarkt samt Bäcker, Metzger und super Fischladen befindet sich in 10 min Laufnähe. Es gab nach 1 Woche Wäschewechsel durch die Vermieter (Bettwäsche + Handtücher). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden immer wiederkommen.
