This property is amazing! It’s beautiful, there is a lot to do, it’s on a beautiful beach, the drink service was great! Food was wonderful! The only negative was that the front desk took way too long for our check in. About an hour and a half. Very slow. But that is absolutely the only negative about this resort! We could watch whales breach from our beach chairs! I highly recommend this resort!

The beach is excellent; nice waves for boogie boarding, gentle slope so you can walk far out. And it goes on and on for miles. You can walk all the way up the beach to Bucerias if you want, and it's sand all the way! The staff are great. Very friendly and personable - really, the staff are what keep us coming back. Big shout out to Carlos Flores in the lobby bar who is a great guy! Plenty of activity options: beach volleyball, pool volleyball, bocce, cornhole, even darts one day! Definitely a quieter resort, which we liked. No crazy loud music thumping all day, just traditional Mexican music playing in the backgrounds sometimes. If you're somebody who likes your room to be just so and gets frustrated with little things, you might want to be careful. Air conditioner went full blast no matter what we set the thermostat to, and water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but those kind of things didn't really bother us. We will definitely come back! - Tip: many of the rooms don't have balconies. If you want a balcony you have to specifically book a balcony room.
