Beautiful property with fantastic views looking over the Douro and Luiza bridge -- with double-paned windows that block noise. My only caveat with this hotel was that I think breakfast, at least continental, should be included. (and I'm not even a breakfast person).

Amazing hotel! Beautiful design, location was incredible. Beautiful view of the city. Breakfast is delicious, the host makes sure the first day you know where everything is at the breakfast area. Best housekeeping I have seen in a while. The room is perfectly made every day. Staff was super nice. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay! I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was nice, especially our friend Ricardo at the bar on floor 11. He was super attentive and professional. I put a 4 on staff because I want to recommend training to front door staff when it comes to customer assistance. I and other people that were staying there came and ask the ladies at the front for help on different things, we had issues with getting a train ticket and they dismissed us and were not very helpful. Other than that this is a great location to stay! Love the room and the ambiance.
