Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags.
• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.
• Pet Friendly: 2 dogs allowed per reservation, flat fee of $30 per pet- a payment request will be sent out after booking is completed

Please note if pets are not disclosed before check-in, a charge of $300 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets. Please note that we allow a maximum of two pets per booking. Prior to making a reservation, guests are required to inform us of their pet's breed and size, and we reserve the right to verify this information. We also ask that guests take into consideration the shedding tendencies of their pets, and agree that they will be responsible for any additional cleaning required due to shedding or other pet-related messes during their stay. Please note that guests will be charged an additional fee for any excessive cleaning required.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Everything went well. Any problems that arose were handled quickly. Full kitchen but no pans or knife. Luckily we were prepared. Definetly a 4.8

You get what you pay for
After check in I had to unload the drainer full of (clean?) dishes and the few silverware there was. I bring my own, glad I did. I wiped the mouse droppings off the tiny bit of counter space and cleaned the microwave before using. Didn’t use their coffee pot, again I bring my own. There were 3 mismatched beach towels, the 4th one was held up by plastic ware over the kitchen window as a curtain, a couple of well used wash clothes and 1 hand towel, again, glad I brought mine. The main reason for our trip was fishing, the pictures gave the impression of having a pier to use right in front of the property, it’s a locked private pier. The unit we stayed in hah a porch but was full of junk, seemed to be a storage space for the owner. Luckily I had folding chairs to watch TV in the evening.

Hard To Beat For The Price
Nice room was clean when we got there. Manager of the property was very nice. Turn on 24th street to find the place when your GPS gives you the wrong address it’s the turquoise and tan motel with a boat on the ground out front.
