The good, the bad, and the ugly.
The good. Affordable, clean, functional, and located close to where we were going. The bad. The thermostat is locked at 75, physically locked with a cover. The house has a lot of wear. Serious maintenance needs. Loose tile in the bathroom. Sketchy kitchen pantry. Laundry machines out of order. Much more. The floor of the mobile home has soft spots. In these areas the LVP floor boards have separated. The ugly. The remodel of this place is the most slap dash hackery I've ever seen. Good from far. Far from good.

Great winter vacation
The owners were wonderful to work with. The location is a very busy street. Plenty of room for the two of us. House is approximately 4 miles from the mall and about 20 miles from Gulf. Port Charlotte has a very nice beach. Would consider renting again.
