Overpriced and no real sea view.
While the room was updated and in good condition we were disappointed in our stay and we overpaid considerably for what we received. First, we paid a lot for a deluxe room and for a sea view but in reality we had a window looking towards a small beach and inlet. Our room was right on the street and we did not have any private outside space other than one chair outside our door facing the parking lot. Secondly, we had to make sure we washed and dried all dishes we used and the only sink available was a small bathroom sink. Thirdly, we had to empty all our own garbage too. We were only there for one night and based on the price we paid we would not have expected to wash our glasses etc and empty our own garbage.

We stayed just after New Years and it was VERY expensive for what it was but it was one of very few options that allowed only a 1 night booking so not as expensive compared to other options for the time / area. Very basic. Beds comfortable. Shower pan could have been cleaner. No broadcast TV only streaming from what I could figure out. Several internal walls showing signs of wear / damp. Very convenient to beach and city centre.
