Die Lage der Wohnung ist strategisch sehr günstig: man ist in wenigen Fußminuten in der Altstadt von Pontevedra und durch die 1,5 Km entfernte Autobahn welche Galicien von Norden bis Süden verbindet, können Sie Vigo in 15 Minuten, Portugal in 35 Minuten und Santiago de Compostela in 40 Minuten schnell und ohne Stadtverkehr erreichen.

Great Stay
This was the perfect apartment and location for us (we don't mind walking and enjoyed being a little walk away from the old town.) It was an easy 20 minute walk for us to the old town. There is a steep uphill section on the way back. If you have a car, you definitely want to.pay for the garage parking. You won't really have any other great options. Angel was a great host and you should definitely follow her dining recommendations. The only thing I would make people aware of is that the neighbors have a small farm next door with a large group of roosters and dogs. If you are a light sleeper, I would bring earplugs or a noise machine (we just played sleep sounds on my phone). We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Apartment in Pontevedra
The apartment is clean, modern, stylishly decorated yet cozy. The large patio offers a grate view of the city. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. All types of stores (grocery, general merchandise) and restaurants/cafes are within walking distance. The parking garage is worth the small additional fee. Angel was a great host. Very helpful from our initial inquiry and throughout the stay. He responded quickly to all questions. We recommend highly without any reservation.

Lovely apartment
The apartment was lovely and well furnished. Large terrace overlooking Pontevedra was great, lovely place to sit and was really useful as the apartment was quite compact. Only a few minutes walk into Pontevedra over one of the bridges. It is on a small steep hill so may not suit everyone. Pontevedra is a lovely town, with the centre traffic free. Only downside was the owner charging us more once we had booked it and we had to pay this locally.

Zehn wunderschöne Tage in Pontevedra
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse im vierten Stock hoch über der Stadt. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Abends draußen sitzen und beobachten,wie die Abendsonne die fernen Berge in sanftes Licht taucht, die Wolken sich langsam von rosa nach grau färben und drüben in der Stadt allmählich die Lichter angehen, ... Einfach schön. Pontevedra ist eine sympathische Stadt mit schöner Altstadt und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Pontevedra eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge an die Küstenorte der Umgebung mit zahlreichen Stränden und tollen Felsen. Ebbe und Flut sorgen zusätzlich für Abwechslung. Aber auch Ausflüge ins Landesinnere, z.B. nach Santiago de Compostela, Ourense oder an die portugiesische Grenze sind lohnenswert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt rundherum gefallen.

Galicia para ver y vivir.
There is so much experience/learning that we have been able to do. From Santiago to Portugal, the Atlantic islands, the supply of supermarkets or the many good restaurants in terms of seafood or BBQ. Quality and prices are quite good. You have to enjoy the homemade lobster, oysters, fish variations prepared and enjoyed on the great terrace. The area and landscape invites you to visit again.

Toller Ausblick
Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen sehr schön und vom Platz her ausreichend. Die Terrasse war sensationell, groß und mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, da das Wetter sehr gut war konnten wir die Terrasse genießen. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, völlig ausreichend für vier Personen. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten hier genügend Platz. Die Küche war okay eingerichtet, es gab für die Urlaubsküche soweit alles. Man hätte sich auf den Essstühlen noch ein Kissen gewünscht. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die man auch braucht, denn dort gibt es sonst wirklich keine Parkplätze. Wenn man die normale Straße hochfährt hat man das Gefühl einen Kirchturm hoch zu fahren, so steil ist die Straße und vor allem auch sehr schmal. Wir haben dann einen weg von der anderen Seite gefunden, der für uns angenehmer war. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde in Pontevedra in der Innenstadt. Eine wirklich schöne Stadt mit einer tollen Altstadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und war immer schnell erreichbar. Das einzig wirklich negative sind die Hähne die leider um 5 Uhr schon munter sind und krähen was das Zeug hält. Wir hatten nachts glücklicherweise nicht mehr so warm, so das wir das Fenster schließen konnten, dann hat man wirklich nichts mehr gehört. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.
