The CORIELL MANSION is an 1897 historical masterpiece, the largest home built in the Queen City! It's 11,000 sq ft & absolutely stunning. This mansion features 12 Bedrms 7.5 Ba, New Central Air/Heat, a pool table, laundry, multiple sitting areas, a huge dining room, full kitchen w 2 islands, wrap around porch & laundry. It has super comfy beds & is always extremely clean w fresh linens & towels. 30 miles from NYC! Excellent for gatherings but NO DJ’s or activities that disturb neighbors.

The space
The designer finishes and tasteful furniture is all BRAND NEW! This home is truly a one of a kind and offers an amazing experience for it's guests. Wifi. Security System. Professionally managed as well.

Guest access
The basement is the only prohibited space. Other than that the entire house inside and out is for the guests use.

Other things to note
We have thirteen 50 inch tv’s in the home. They are smart TV’s so you can login to youtube, netflix etc. We also have an 85 inch large Smart TV located on the third floor lounge.

Perfect for a small wedding
Due to some health circumstances in the family we decided to make this wedding happen in 10 days and I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have this house. It was absolute perfection for our wedding of just under 40 people. We had some friends and family fly in from all over, so being able to house the non locals was the cherry on top. Steve was so responsive and beyond helpful as I frantically planned this event. I feel like we found a gem and would highly recommend.

Wedding House
My family and I book this home for a a wedding we were hosting in the area, and the home was used as a central spot for everyone to gather and visit. The house was better then we had imagined It had everything you would expect to have in a rental home it was cozy and oil to be in the historical home. We definitely recommend booking this mansion to anyone in need of a large group. Would definitely book again if every in the area with family again!

We used Steve's house to host our entire team for a training session. The space was perfect for our needs, multiple bedrooms, breakout rooms, a large space for our facilitator, and a kitchen large enough for us to use. Steve was very responsive throughout our stay and helpful when we had questions.
