The cleanliness of the hotel lobby "does not match" the cleanliness of the rooms they were disgusting, we had two rooms. The sofas were filthy in both. The sofa in room 111 have holes in it the cushions are dirty and spotty the armrest on the sofas are filthy , the carpets is filthy I laid the towel down on the floor when I picked it up it was black from their carpet. The blankets in both rooms were dirty with cigarette Burns in the sheets and blankets, mind you this is in both wrong. I will not ever recommend staying here. I wanted to leave I just didn't want to lose my money.. The man that check the sand was rude not friendly at all

The room was very convenient to get anywhere in the area. I would suggest this hotel to my friends that are looking to visit Memphis, TN.

Good except for extra charge

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. The only problem this time was that when I got my bank statements they charged me an extra $15. I made no calls and watched no movies. And I know I didn't take any thing. This could very well change my mind on staying or recommending it again.

This hotel needs some major improvements.

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, dirty, out of date
This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The refrigerator/microwave in my room was the oldest model ever made. I was to disgusted to even put bottled water in it. The curtains and walls were filthy like they had not been washed in years. It was bad enough that we had to suffer in a smoking room, I tried frebreezing the carpet and anything fabric and nothing helped. The housekeeper can in our room and got every towel and didn't replace any of them. When I went to the front desk they told me they could only give me bath towels as they were out of wash clothes. After I persisted they hunt down some more towels, they found some that were left in the dryer. The breakfast bar was a waste of time. They had two cups of cold watery gravy, cold biscuits, no coffee ready, and a handful of danishes for a sold out holiday weekend. I was not impressed and will not be staying here again.
