Very courteous service. Clean. Awesome breakfast. The faucet in the shower was very difficult to turn on. The attendent was able to get it to work and said he would put in a work order.

Terrible. Paid highest rate for King single, television didn’t work in the room. Switched to another king single, telephone ripped out of the wall, barking chihuahuas across the hall. Switched to a 3rd room with queen doubles. No more kings. No refund because “third party” booking. Never again

Nice and clean stay
It was not easy to understand the young man at the reception. When we arrived late I had to wait in the cold for a while until the door was unlocked (even though I had been recognized after I knocked) Besides that, everybody was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, breakfast area was tidy and clean. We would stay again!

The lobby where the breakfast was served was decent and appeared clean. But my pet room (have a small dog) wasn't vacuumed and needed dusting. There was clearly a pet odor. The desk chair was greatly chewed on. The bedding and towels looked like they could use more laundry time. There are signs all over, that the business cares about the environment, so perhaps they use some type of laundry soap that is considered environmentally better, but does a poor job of really cleaning the items. The room was at street level and faced a very busy street, so needless to say, it was noisy and heavy traffic occurred all night.
