Great location across from the NaiYong beach with easy access. Nicely decorated modern rooms with full size fridge. Comfortable beds. Wonderful street food at low prices on the beach. Seems safe and family friendly. Unfortunately, other guests staying here were rude both day and night. Last night there was shouting outside our door @2am. There was urine on my shoes that I left outside our room door overnight, I found them next morning, very disgusting. Pool is small but intimate & shady setting is nice. Showers available at resort entrance to rinse sand. Rooms have clothes drying rack is a nice amenity. Wifi was spotty/slow. Decent breakfast buffet but you have to navigate through several guests to access it.

We stayed just for the day as we checked out of our other hotel and our flight wasn’t until 10pm. This place was in an excellent location right across from the beach and with access to some great food and restaurants right on the beach. For what we paid it was definitely worth the value. Rooms were what you’d expect for the price. Clean, minimal and has what you need. Service was good, they arranged our airport shuttle and overall helpful.

We were booked in for 4 nights but only stayed for 2. Says 3 pools one is closed another is green and the third is small wit 6 sunbeds. Breakfast is the worst I have have in Thailand no teabags. Avoid

The property needs a proper renovation. The room smells of bleach and the furniture is very old with stains. Tap, shower head is severely tarnished and quite disgusting. Swimming pool is also very dirty and jacuzzi is not working. Mosquitoes are everywhere but I dont see them burn incense or lemongrass to keep mozzies away.

I love Nai yang beach and usually stay at this hotel. Off-season rooms were reasonable priced, our room is tired need a makeover a bigger and modern TV needed as it’s monsoon season and rains for days! No flip flops ancient AC unit running r32 and struggling overall room was fine for a weekend visit.

Lovely affordable resort in a great location across from beach and restaurants. The grounds are lush with the tree canopy around the resort giving a nice cooling affect. The ground floor oriental room was spacious with large bathroom and convenient undercover verandah just a few seconds walk to the large pool. Pool was great for Laps with no one else using most of the time. The water has some cloudiness only seen through goggles. Breakfast options very good I only tried western food. Stayed 2 nights and would use again despite the bed being too firm.
