Our stay started very poorly at check in, where they made us wait 1 hour before we could get our room due to some kind of "electrical problem". It was past 6pm, rooms are supposed to be ready for guest by 2pm. I know stuff happens, but at least they could have given us a drink or somethigh instead of dumping is in a corner with no info. Afterwards the room still had an electrical problem. Basically unless the light is on the power outlets would not work... who exactly thought this was a good idea? Bedding was poor quality also. Breakfast was decent, their rooftop bar is good, and main restaurant has nice staff but below average food. Overall would not come back. We came 5 years ago but it was much better last time.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the Royal Palace and the the various amenities nearby on the river front. The service from all the staff is exceptional and the rooms are huge.

Nice resort style hotel
A resort hotel next to the royal palace. The rooms is a bit old and not soundproof perfectly. Staff, bed, breakfast, swimming pool, gym are all good and worth the money.
