Recently renovated, the house is immaculate. State of the art entertainment system and modern kitchen provide all the accoutrements necessary for a comfortable stay. On the water without the typical "beach house" decor, this place is one of a kind with it's southwest styling and charm. Bring your water toys, dock at our 160ft pier and maximize all the area has to offer. Winter time sunrises and coffee are a perfect pairing. Summer the restaurant water taxi picks up and delivers patrons right from our dock. Enjoy the areas waterfront dining, bars, nightlife or sit on the veranda and watch the areas bald eagles, other wildlife and passing vessels. Light a camp fire in the back yard and tantalize your senses - fire & water for a true private beach experience like none other. Life is good here. Waldins vacation home has easy access from I95 and is the best kept secret on the tip of the Chesapeake Bay.

Great Stay, Even in terrible weather
Our Family decided to take a last minute Spring Break trip and had a fantastic time. Matt was a great host and easy to communicate with. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the local dining options. Despite terrible weather that we experienced, we made the best of our trip and had a great time.

A relaxing getaway
We were in town dealing with a very stressful family matter, so returning to this peaceful, quiet property every evening was just what we needed to decompress. Gorgeous water views, TVs in every room, a nice kitchen, and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Cottage with a 5-Star View
This home was a true gem for an empty-nest couple (and dog) taking an autumn getaway in the "top of the Chesapeake" region. The sunrises from the deck or front windows are even better than the listing photo suggests! It's everything the other positive reviews highlight -- clean, comfortable, good communication, easy check-in. A very walkable (and friendly) little neighborhood and an easy drive to restaurants and shops in North East or Havre de Grace, Perryville Park, and Elk Neck State Park. Highly recommended.

Relaxing getaway with amazing views
We had a great time staying at the Waldins' waterfront home! The property is renovated and updated with modern amenities, and well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, soaps, and cleaning supplies. The first thing we noticed was how sparkling clean everything was! Great views, comfortable and ample seating for our family, and the option to hang outside whether at the picnic tables or down by the dock was really awesome and relaxing. My father-in-law caught 5 catfish in total right off the pier and will be talking about that for a loooong time! A big thanks to our host for being so communicative and flexible, offering early check-in and late check-out which can really reduce stress when you're planning for traffic and travel with little kids. A very memorable stay for all of us!

Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were spectacular and the beauty of nature surrounds you. The area is rich in history and has so much to offer. The neighbors were super friendly and the owners are just a text or phone call away if you need them. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We chose this property for out of town family members to join a memorial service. It was ideal. The 3 bedrooms accomadated all of my siblings and after the service my sisters children came over. The house was loved by all. The location is ideal for a quiet comfortable setting. The neighbors are friendly and respectful to your privacy. The house was immaculate and included everything we needed. Our next stay will definitely be there.
