RENTER BEWARE!!! Pictures were misleading. Looks like you have room for camper, truck & boat trailer. NOT the case. This is 2 camp sites. Only room for 2 campers. No parking for trucks and boat trailers. BOAT DOCK IS ONLY BIG ENOUGH FOR ONE BOAT and this is for 2 camp sites. We could NOT use the dock at all. Host was very rude. Vrbo would not refund any money even though we could not use the camp site or boat dock. Very diffucult to make the turns required to get to the RV site due to trees and trucks & boat trailers in the roadway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you have a small camper.

Very good spot for a camper on the canal. Easy access to the gulf. Could be updated a bit, but has what you need to get out on the water. We will definitely be back.
