Our home offers four spacious comfortable bedrooms with luxury bedding. The master bedroom and guest bedroom have picture window views of the water. Enjoy three full spa like bathrooms plus a half bath. Kitchen offers all the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal.

If you are lucky enough to stay at our home on Tuesdays or Thursday, you may even get to see the Blue Angels practice over head. It's an amazing site to see and hear.

Also you won't want to miss the frequent dolphins that pass by. . . watch for them in the early mornings and evenings.

Guests will have full access to the main living area on the second floor of this beautiful beach home with the exception of four locked closets where owners belongings and supplies are stored. The garage/ground level of the home is not accessible to guests. Guests will also have full access to the rear deck, patios, pool, yard, and boat dock-- all of which look out over the water.

Please note - The pool can be heated for $40 per day. Pool heating is only needed between November thru April typically. Guests are responsible to notify the host via the message center at least 2 days prior to their arrival if they would like the pool heated. Payment must be received prior to heating. The pool heater will be turned on the morning of your arrival and remain on for as many days as you have designated. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees.

This house requires a rental agreement and a $1000 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 5 days.

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
