I really like the hotel itself, very nice, very clean and great value for the price. However there some minor issues inside the room but were fixed and easy to deal with. The morning desk stuff is not very communicative and friendly, my last night of stay I called the front desk asked for the checkout time and I was told it was 3pm but the next day I received a phone call at 12pm from the front desk asking me to leave the room and when I mentioned I was told it was 3pm all of sudden the lady got very aggressive and unfriendly and told me to leave in 20 minutes or I will be charged 200 baht per hour so i had only 20 minutes to leave. When I told her last night I specifically asked for the checkout time not once but twice to make sure and I was told it was 3pm, in response she told me the night people don’t know the rules and they don’t know what they’re talking about. I was extremely furious and upset. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walking from beach road and Pattaya central mall.
