The condo owner, Kayla, was very accommodating and always responded quickly, so I was pleased with that aspect of our stay. However, there were some problems with the property: most important, the air-conditioning didn't work properly. It was always stuffy and smelly in the condo, so I assume it circulates throughout the other renters' units and wasn't efficient. Plus, the gas fireplace, which emits heat, had to stay on all the time, so it was constantly working against the air-conditioner. This might be fine during ski season, but not during the summer. The other main issue was with parking. The Prospector only allows one car on the property (with a pass) and that was a problem as we had two. There must be lots of potential and actual renters who have two cars, so why this policy exists, I can't imagine. There is no parking allowed on most streets in Park City, so we had to park the second car in Heber City, a distance of 20 miles. Lastly, everything is small and tight--the condo is quite small, and there is very little storage. Again, for a night or two, especially in the winter, this might be fine, but not for an extended stay. Park City itself was a major disappointment, as well. So we won't be returning, even though the property owner was attentive and friendly.
