Welcome drink for all our customers in our restaurant Hello everyone ! In the center of the Marais, an apartment on the ground floor, equivalent small independent house, two bedrooms, two showers, two toilets, fitted kitchen adjoining the living room, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Safety Box, air conditioner and hair dryer. Independent entrance, open 24/24 and 7/7 with mechanical access code, equipped with several cameras in the common area and the main entrance of the apartment. The laundry room is open every day from 15:00 pm until 23h00 pm which is located 50 meters from the apartment. A welcome drink is offered in our Restaurant Pizzeria. Great location and friendly staff.
This small flat is in a quiet neighborhood within 1-2 blocks from cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, Seine River, and public transportation, among other things. The flat is quite small but is great for sightseers who need a safe and comfortable place to rest after a busy day out and about. We loved having our choice of several bakeries for our daily morning pastry run. The fresh fruit and vegetable stands were also lovely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner and his son also operate the Little Babel Restaurant which has great food and very friendly staff. We ate there more than once!

Short n sweet
A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up

The apartment is as described, clean, small but great location. The showers have lots of hot water and good pressure. The radiators are easy to control and quick to heat. The host is quick to respond to e-mails to and sort out any problems. My only problem is that there is no inside lock on the property so I could not bolt it at night when we were all asleep.

Very nice location. Property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Living on the ground floor and having 2 baths was nice. The owner just installed new A/C unit which is rare in this area.
