The sliding doors off the living room open directly onto the screened patio, inviting pool and deck area.

Barbeque Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses.
