The Red Barn is a rare oasis in a lovely, romantic spot of nature. It has a King main bedroom retreat with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom is a Full. You have a furnished kitchen, a fully supplied coffee/tea bar with a coffee grinder, a kettle & extensive coffee-tea selections. The Barn has your own private Saloon w/ comfy seating or step out under the deep south facing back porch for your outdoors hang out. The open patio has a fire pit & grill. You also have comfy movie/projector facilities in the open end of the barn. I can usually be flexible with check-in or out times. Just ask.

THE RED BARN: This recent renovation of Barn to Airbnb Home has given us a magnificent 1,200 square foot+ living space; not to mention the outside 'rooms'. We kept as much of the original barn architecture, look and feel as was practical like the sweeping 12' ceilings. The eight ft tall glass entry doors are surrounded by glass so the views of the grounds become part of the open concept dining Room and Great Room. The entire space has equestrian decor and many of the functional items are borrowed from a horse barn utility. The adorable galley kitchen has fun, quaint decor but is fully furnished even though most people eat in town. The two bedrooms are so inviting and luxurious, the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

And even though we are only 10 minutes to Ole Miss Campus or the Square, UBER does service our location.

CONNECTIVITY: We have high speed fiber broadband WiFi that works all over the barn as well as all over the grounds. The main bedroom has USB ports built in the bedside tables and we have other charging stations throughout the barn. There are two smart TV's for your viewing pleasure. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney Channel + and Prime Video or bring your own portable streaming device

OUTDOORS: There is an indoor/outdoor bar for hanging outdoors without being outside. The big barn doors open wide to the South Porch for other outdoor hanging out activities. We have a grill, a fire pit, a picnic table and a bean bag toss lawn game. And just to take The Red Barn over the top, we have an indoor/outdoor movie projector theater with four comfortable 'put your feet up and enjoy the movie' seats.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY: We splurged on a Hi Efficiency heat & air unit and the former hay loft has foam insulation. From the gazebo you will see the 45 solar panels. We have an EV car charger in our carport if you need it.

You drive right up to and park as the tall entry doors. The drive and walk are gravel. There are other hard path options; just ask.

We do live on site but you will see us only if you come looking for us. We are happy to visit with our guests when it's their preference.

County Road 231 is also known as Camp Hopewell Road. Its a pretty little, sleepy, tree lined old road with few houses. Please drive slowly and respect our neighbors and wildlife. You WILL see whitetail deer.

You have your own designated parking. Our driveway is one lane and occasionally you may need to pull over to let someone else drive by.

We have a professional photographer and I still don't think the magnitude of the property shows through. You kind of have to see it to believe it.
