Very relaxing! Great place to chill on the deck with friends and family! Completely surrounded by water and Chain Pickerel, crappie, sunfish, White Perch, Yellow Perch, Brook Trout, and Tiger Trout are the fish you will catch if you are into fishing! Otherwise just relax, enjoy the water activities and movement on the lake. New this summer our 24' Pontoon Party boat included with the price! If you don't want to use the pontoon boat, additional discount is available. If you do chose to use the boat, additional deposit may be required and you must also sign a waiver saying you will be responsible for any damage you may cause to the boat. Also new 75" hi def TV in bedroom.
