Apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea Wustrow (Karl-Marx-Straße 12). 800m to the Baltic Sea or 500m to the harbor on the bay. You live centrally in a quiet side street. The size of the apartment is 40m². The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds (each 0.9m x 2.0m) and a living room with kitchen by 2 more beds (stacked bed 2 x 0.9 x 2.0 m) are available. In the apartment is a complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots dishes etc.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Bed linen can be rented on site for a fee of 10, - € per set.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für kleine Familie
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral im schönen Wustrow. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Eiscafés sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 10min zu Fuß... der Strandaufgang ist meist auch nicht überlaufen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Wustrow
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Ferienwohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (etwas mehr Stauraum in der Küche für Lebensmittel wäre wünschenswert). Die Lage ist super, etwa 10 min zum Hafen oder 15 min zum Strand (gemütlich laufen).

Wir waren eine Woche da. Die Whg. war für uns dafür ausreichend (Preis/Leistung passt). Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Die Dusche war super (top Abfluss und Wasserdruck...für eine Frau mit langem Haar sehr schön :) ).

Enttäuschend bei diesem Preis
Dankenswerterweise wurden wir als Radfahrer für eine Nacht beherbergt. Der Kontakt per Telefon mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Leider wirkte alles etwas schmuddelig und lieblos eingerichtet. Da es unsere einzige Möglichkeit war, nur eine Nacht buchen zu dürfen, war es okay. Nur der Preis war dafür echt unangemessen hoch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hätten wir für nich mehr Geld dazubuchen müssen wir können es daher nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Schade, denn Wustrow ist wirklich schön. PS das versprochene WLAN war nicht vorhanden.

Abrissbagger vor dem Schlafzimmer
1. Schock über laufende Abrissarbeiten an dem Haus und Holzsägen gegenüber dem Schlafzimmer ab 8 Uhr. Demnächst wird dort neues Haus gebaut. 2. Minderung des Mietpreise war nicht angemessen, aber Ersatzwohnung war nicht zu finden. 2. Entgegen Werbung/Zusage von WLAN-Zugang gab es diesen trotz sofortiger Bemängelung 10 Tage lang nicht, es entstanden deshalb Kosten für Nachkauf von MB, da Datenvolumen über mobile Datenverbindung erschöpft wurde . 3. Zugang über Wohnungstür durch das SZ ins WZ suboptimal. 4. Es fehlte Leselampe im WZ.
