The Evolve vacación rentals has terrible customer service, they did not communicate about our stay being cancelled, they booked another property way more pricey than the previous house we had while telling me they were going to help me find something with credit on their end and without confirming with me they charged my credit card the full amount with no credit on their end for their mistake. I was told they could only give credit on.a future stay and could not refund me the amount charged on my card. I would not recommend them and if you book something through them, I suggest you contact the property to confirm your stay right away. We were lucky to find a house the day before arriving to our destination.
