    Comfort with a price.
    This was our 3rd time staying at this resort. We like it because it's nice and quiet after spending all day at the Disney parks. The security staff are the best and quite friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable and we love the large master bathroom. We feel the resort is starting to get a little run down though. The rooms (carpets) are not as clean as they used to be. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning or replacement. However, we will stay there again. It is located very close to a Walmart Superstore and the Lake Buena Visa Factory Outlets. Do not let them talk you into a "Welcome package" or an "Open House." It's just to get you to buy time shares.

    Quiet Hidden Gem
    The resort exceeded my expectations. The location is great, within 5 to 15 minutes drive from most attractions and shopping. Within walking distance to Walmart and Outlet Mall (15 - 20 minutes). The facilities were immaculate. All the things you are in the units, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen and living room in our unit were starting to get a little tired looking but were told they wer scheduled for an upgrade, that being said they were in great condition. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful, they made you feel like you we're at home from day one. There is 24 hour security at the entrance and control all entry on the resort, they are always pleasant and helpful. There are two pools and various hot tubs throughout the resort. As with everything else in the resort they are immaculately cared for and have great pool furnishings. The grounds throughout the resort are meticulously care for and very pleasant to walk around. What else can I say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. We would definitely recommend this resort for value, location and comfort.

    The service was great and it's in a wonderful location. We enjoyed or stay but the only thing I noticed was that the carpets need to be shampooed. our socks were a little dirty from them.

    Perfect hotel for a trip to the theme parks!
    We were looking for a moderately priced hotel for our trip to Orlando. We planned to be in the parks every day of our visit, so didn't really need/want our hotel to be posh with tons of amenities. We just wanted someplace clean, well kept up, and free of the bugs that other reviewers had mentioned. This was the perfect place. It is an older resort, and there were signs of that around the edges of the room (windows are probably decades old, and the plaster had visibly been repaired in places), but the kitchen and bathroom had been recently remodeled, so it was nice. Upon arrival, the room was very clean, and our first morning there were were impressed that there were so many employees working on the grounds - it was obviously well taken care of. There were only a couple of downsides - and they are very minor: 1st, there are shared washing machines on every level (2 condos share one machine), and your room key accesses it. Our room key only worked in the door about 1 time out of 10 (even after calling maintenance), so it was a bit of a pain to do laundry. 2nd, there are no recycling facilities (at least no obvious ones) - it seems like that would be an easy thing to incorporate. I know we were on vacation - but it was still painful to throw cans and plastic into the garbage. Finally, there was a bit of pressure to attend a sales presentation (the resort had just become a Diamond Resort), but after saying no 2 times they finally stopped leaving us message.

    Very friendly - great for everyone.
    What a fantastic find on Expedia. Would most definitely return. Previously stayed at Sheraton Vistana Ressort and thought that would be hard to beat however, on a smaller scale, Polynesian Isles is stepping up to the mark! Resort could possibly benefit from a small shop /market for fresh bread, coffee etc. however supermarket is just a few minutes drive away. Well situtated for easy access to parks, shops and entertainment. Had a great holiday.

    good condos in central location. very large rooms. there are no buses to the parks directly from the hotel as was the case in other hotels i have stayed in.( minor problem) would recommend polynesian isles.

    Nice place to stay
    This is our 2nd stay in a 2 bedroom suite. So far we have seen 2 types of rooms, 1 a little larger with updated bathrooms, in room laundry and a nice balcony if you are not in a corner location, however, the kitchen, carpets, bedroom, and TVs need some updating / cleaning. The 2nd one we stayed in this time was nicer but had a few different issues as noted under least likes. Overall this room was nice and in much better condition. Very good location. Kitchen had everything you would normally need. Front gate security seems to always be there and very friendly/helpful. This time more pressure to attend time share type presentation, and heard more noise from suite above us. Would go again as long as rates are resonable. Photos online are accurate and from both types of rooms, just not sure which one you will get. So far doesn't appear to be any extra charges. Towels are only changed once a week.
