Muy buena atención y gran restaurante
Muy buena atención del personal, tanto del hotel como del restaurante y el balneario. La habitación muy confortable, salvo dos pegas, el ruido que llegaba de alguno de los motores de la piscina exterior y el exceso de calor en la habitación, que está situada encima del balneario, el personal de recepción , muy atento, ha tomado nota y seguramente lo solucionen en breve. Por lo demás todo muy bien, en especial la cocina del restaurante, muy sabrosa y bien presentada.

The spa had just opened after a long period of inactivity during covid, and everything was amazing! All the right measures in place, restrictions in the number of people and cleanliness. You could tell both the hotel personnel and the guest were so happy to be back.

Esta fue mi cuarta estancia en este hotel-balneario (y la séptima en los de la cadena Castilla Termal), y no será la última. A mi hija (de 6,5 años), a mi pareja y a mí nos encantan tanto el hotel como sus piscinas, su cocina, y su personal, siempre muy amable. En esta ocasión probamos por primera vez la piscina de verano, que en las anteriores ocasiones estaba cerrada, y, debido a la CoViD-19, la piscina termal (que no es solo interior, porque tiene una parte al aire libre) estaba casi vacía por las mañanas, con lo que la disfrutamos mucho más que en nuestras visitas anteriores. Por otra parte, también nos gusta mucho la comida que sirven: el desayuno es variado y de calidad, y la cafetería es una muy buena opción para una cena informal sin renunciar a (dar a) probar platos originales.

Lovely converted monastery
We stayed here so that we could visit some of the well-known towns and cities of Central Spain - this hotel proved to perfect, with each visit being approximately and hour+ away. We stayed for 6 nights and soon discovered the delightful town of Olmedo on the other side of the road from the hotel. It is a lovely and friendly village and we spent most of our evenings sitting in the square and meeting locals. The food in the hotel was excellent and the staff charming and helpful.
