Tee off at the gorgeous Farm Neck Golf Club, practically next door to your rental. If you're more inclined to spend your afternoons on the sand, explore Inkwell Beach about a mile to your north or Joseph Sylvia State Beach half a mile south. Check out one of the dining options in that area when you get hungry.

Getting around the area is easy - you're on the bus route and bike path. If you brought a car, enjoy the resort's complimentary on-site parking. If you plan to hang out at the resort for the day you can grill out in the shared picnic area or relax by the pool.

Back in your suite, you have everything you need for an easy dinner in - a fridge, stove, and microwave, as well as coffee maker for the morning's brew. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Flip on your favorite show with the suite's cable TV, or log onto the free WiFi to post photos of your day.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
